Common questions

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Family Sharing

Subscriptions that support Family Sharing can be shared with up to five family members via Apple's Family Sharing. Set it up in Settings → [your name] → Family Sharing.
